The creation of LEVERAGE started in late 2021 with the vision of launching a company to support real estate agents. Our team has spent endless hours brainstorming one question: How can we simplify the transaction process for agents, so they can focus more on their clients? The answer became easy! Develop a team of professionals who excel at the nitty gritty of completing tedious paperwork. This frees up hours of time the agents would be spending tracking down, filling out, and sending paperwork from pend-to-close.

Our Team
Denis O'Brien
CEO
Denis has been in the real estate sector for 16 years. He is a former CEO of a Keller Williams Realty franchise. There he was able to recruit over 400 real estate professionals into Keller Williams and lead his franchise to be one of the top franchises in the Ohio Valley Region.
After building a successful residential real estate company that has successfully closed over 1,800 units, Denis linked arms with Keller Williams MAPS coaching, which is the largest real estate coaching company in the world. During his time with MAPS, Denis logged over 4,000 coaching hours with national ranking real estate businesses across the country focusing on team building, financials, leadership, and wealth building.
Denis has an extensive amount of experience in investing in real estate, which includes working with hedge funds, single investors, and corporate investors. Denis earned his Bachelor of Science from Marian University with a major in Marketing & Finance.
When Denis is not active in business, he is enjoying life with his beautiful wife of 15 years, and 4 children.

Anna Elliot
Director of Transaction Coordination
Anna is an Indiana girl with a can-do attitude. She has an associate degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University and was in the beauty industry for 18 years, owning her own nail salon.
She started her career in real estate in January 2018. As a licensed broker, Anna perfected craft as a transaction coordinator working for a real estate team for over 3 years closing over 500 real estate sales.
She is now the head of the transaction coordination department of Leverage. Anna is thrilled to serve agents, rocketing them to higher levels of success while providing exceptional service to them and their clients.
